Hello Braves!

I want to cordially invite all members to attend our Annual General Meeting Sunday, 3 August, 2025 at 7pm via MS Teams. This is a chance to participate in the running and shaping of the club, or simply to hear about what is happening.

We’d also like to encourage you to consider running for committee member to help out with the club’s general operations and events! We’d like to thank Ashley Duckett who has served as our club treasurer for the past 7 seasons and is vacating the role. We’d very much like to get a member with basic accounting or financial experience to step into this role for the coming season. It may sound intimidating, but you’ll have 9 other committee members supporting you.

Nomination forms are attached for all roles.

If you can NOT attend, kindly let me know and consider filling out the attached Proxy form nominating another member who will be attending to vote on your behalf. (If unsure, you can always nominate anyone from the current committee.)

The final agenda for the meeting is also attached. No updates from the one dated 30-June.

Lastly, please consider volunteering ANY specific skills or experience that you may have that could help us out – or just be willing to learn! Specific needs include:

Accounting/treasury Social media Video production & editing Photography Scoring Event planning &execution Media, graphics, comms and writing Volunteers with RSA certifications or willing to get them Grounds maintenance, construction, handy with tools Web site upkeep, blogging and copywriting Game Changer administration Thank you & Go BRAVES!
